The fast road to Grand-Remous!

It's Thursday evening at 10:30 p.m. and everyone is still at the Rustic doing what they do best. Eleven-thirty arrives and Rosaire calls out, "Les Boys, his las cawl." Two quarts each and the boys are out the door and hop in two large vintage (even for that time) vehicles. Neither vehicle looks like it can make it around the block, let alone the 5 hour drive to Grand-Remous and beyond.

Well, we made it there in less than 5 hours. It was a fantastic trip but not that much fishing. Just our 4th organized trip, it remains the trip where we consumed them most alcohol ever! This would be our last trip to La Pointe-a-David.
